Exclusive Sessions

We are an exclusive, boutique style studio that offers group, private, and semi-private sessions.

We specialize in pre- and post-natal (including diastasis repair), scoliosis, chronic pain issues, injury rehabilitation, osteoporosis, and myofascial imbalance assessment and correction.

Group Session

Group sessions are limited to 6 to ensure each body gets hands on assistance for proper alignment. Concentration, precision, and the mind-body connection deeply rooted in classical Pilates is a top priority, and we want to make sure you get the most out of your time with us. All group classes are 45 minutes long.

Private Session

Private, one on one sessions are completely customized to the client. We assess your body and goals to build a session to strengthen, balance, lengthen, tone and empower. Sessions in our studio may utilize Pilates apparatus, chair, reformer, tower, and props to challenge and support you. Expect detailed cueing and hands on assistance to optimize your session.

Semi-Private Session

Semi-private sessions are available for reservation for groups of 2. You and your partner will receive hands-on instruction and a movement routine tailored to each individual regardless of past Pilates experience, while incorporating exercises from multiple apparatus. The pace and theme of the sessions are set based on the needs, goals, and abilities of the clients. We do not match clients. You are required to bring your own friend or family member.

Group Session Types

Mat Pilates

The bread and butter of Pilates. Our classical mat pilates classes are the original Mat choreography from Joseph Pilates himself. You can expect to have the same exercises in each class with various props to see true progress and build strength each session. Modifications will be provided.

Rebounding

Meet the rebounder: a mini trampoline that offers a low impact, high intensity cardio workout for the entire body. It improves cardiovascular health, boosts lymphatic drainage, builds bone density, and strengthens muscle all while being gentle on the joints. Amazing for all ages and fitness levels. Our rebounders come with handle bars for added support and balance.

Roll And Release

Come in and melt your stress and tension away. We will utilize foam rollers, massage balls, and therabands to target tight and locked fascia. Not only does this class help with recovery after Pilates or weight training, but it also helps correct the common forward head posture from modern technology and jobs - think tech neck. Roll and release classes are an amazing addition to your weekly workout schedule.

Rebounder X Roll And Release

Your fascia and lymphatic drainage system will love you after this class. We will start on the rebounder focusing on opening up your lymphatic drainage pathways and stimulating the vagus nerve. We will end the class on the mat utilizing props to target tension and tightness, locked fascia, and stress. You will leave feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Rebounder X Mat Fusion

We will start the first half of class on the rebounder warming up the body and focusing on cardio, balance, and lymphatic drainage. The second half of class we will come down to the mat and work on full body toning and strength. Precision, breath, rhythm and concentration are the stars of the show in this class.

Private Sessions

Our private and semi private sessions are perfect for those just starting on their wellness journey along with seasoned wellness enthusiasts. We build the session on what your body is needing that day and will combine release work, corrective exercises, and breath work to support strength, mobility, and graceful longevity. All private and semi private sessions will be on the pilates reformer, tower, and chair. We will utilize multiple props to support and challenge the body in multiple planes of motion.

We recommend having 3-4 private sessions before jumping into group mat sessions if you are just starting a movement practice or have multiple injuries to ensure you know the proper modifications for your body.
