Terms Of Service

Terms Of Service

Agreement To These Terms

These Terms Of Service govern your use of soundsidepilates.com and any online information, contact forms, links, or booking tools made available through the website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms apply only to the website and online information. In-studio sessions, classes, events, retail purchases, memberships, packages, and bookings may also be subject to separate policies, waivers, intake forms, cancellation rules, or platform terms presented at booking or in person.

Wellness Information Is Not Medical Advice

Sound Side Pilates provides movement, Pilates, wellness, and boutique information for general educational and wellness purposes only. The website, studio services, class descriptions, instructor comments, and related content are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical professional.

Always consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing any movement, exercise, wellness, pregnancy-related, rehabilitation, or lifestyle program, especially if you have an injury, chronic condition, pain, pregnancy, postpartum concern, osteoporosis, scoliosis, heart condition, or other health concern.

Stop participating and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Eligibility And Minors

The website is intended for adults and for parents or guardians arranging services for themselves or eligible minors. Minors may participate in studio services only with parent or guardian involvement, consent, and any required studio documents.

Booking, Payments, And Studio Policies

Booking and scheduling are handled through Momence or another booking tool we may use in the future. When you book, pay, create an account, or manage a reservation through Momence, you are also using Momence services and agreeing to the applicable Momence terms and policies.

Prices, class availability, instructor assignments, packages, memberships, expiration dates, cancellation windows, no-show policies, refunds, and other studio policies may change and may be displayed in the booking calendar, purchase flow, email confirmations, posted studio policies, or separate communications from the studio.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a specific studio policy, waiver, intake form, booking confirmation, or purchase term, the more specific studio or booking term controls for that service or purchase.

Client Responsibility And Assumption Of Risk

Movement and exercise involve inherent risks, including discomfort, strain, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, or other injury. You are responsible for choosing services appropriate for your body, communicating limitations, following instructor guidance, and stopping if something does not feel right.

The website does not replace the separate waivers, releases, consent forms, or intake documents that may be required before participating in studio services.
